Is there a contract?
No, all our pricing above is for month to month. You can cancel any time with a 30 day notice.
What if I go over the contacts limit?
We don’t count how many contacts you have in the account, we count how many contacts you connect with in the last 30 days. If you connect with more than what your subscription allows, you’ll be billed an additional $29 for every 5,000 above your limit.
What number will my texts go from?
You’ll be able to pick a new toll-free or a regular 10-digit number in your account. If you already have a number that you want to use, we can host that number on our end for SMS.
