- Segment out people who have purchased last year’s deal, made a purchase between 11/25-28/2022 or all of November, etc

- Build your ‘Be the First to Know’/ ‘Early Access’ form
November 9
- Build & schedule your BFCM campaigns
November 10
- Send seasonal email campaign to full list (gift guide, holiday self care tips, healthy recipes, holiday hour announcements, etc.)
November 11
- Send Veteran’s Day observance email campaign to active members
November 13
- Build your BFCM Flow (see Flow campaigns and timing below in blue)
November 14
- Send BFCM specials to past purchasers segment
November 15
- Double check that all segments are set up properly
November 16
- Send ‘Be the First to Know’/ ‘Early Access’ form via campaign and/ or add to site
November 17
- Double check all campaign links, photos, etc. are working; send test email & SMS campaigns

- Pause all campaigns & flows not needed during BFCM

- Upgrade SMS credits to avoid overage fees, if needed
