Gleantap, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Gleantap”, “we”, or “us”) knows that you value your privacy. This privacy policy explains the information we collect through the websites available via Gleantap.com and its subdomains as well as through other Gleantap-managed websites or pages where this privacy policy is posted or linked (collectively, the “Sites”). This policy also describes the information collected from or on behalf of end users of our software-as-a-service products (the “Gleantap Services”). This policy describes how the above information is collected, used, shared, and secured, as well as your related choices regarding use, access and correction.
This policy does not apply to the information Gleantap receives from the third-party websites, mobile apps and other digital products that use the Gleantap Services. When our customers use the Gleantap Service on their own websites and products, they remain responsible for their own privacy and security practices, which may differ from ours. 1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information, which may be considered personal information when maintained in identifiable form:
- First name and surname, username and password, email address, contact information, country of residence, job title, and other information you provide us when you create an account on the Sites or Gleantap Services, sign-up to receive communications or materials from us, or otherwise submit a form to us;
- Transaction and payment information you provide when purchasing a product or service from us, whether on our Sites or elsewhere;
- Content and information that you submit when using the Sites or the Gleantap Services, including blogs, forums, comments, surveys, and support tickets;
- Usage, viewing, logs, metrics and other device and technical data collected when you visit our Sites, use the Gleantap Service as an end user, or open or reply to emails we send;

We may also share aggregated information for business reporting and analytics.
5. Your Controls and Choices
We provide controls and choices regarding your personal information, including:
- Correcting and updating account information by logging into your account;
- Changing your marketing communication preferences via unsubscribe links; and
- Managing cookies and similar technologies through available browser and platform controls.

6. Children’s Privacy
Gleantap does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as quickly as possible.

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where Gleantap, its affiliates, and service providers maintain systems and facilities. By using our Sites and Services, you acknowledge cross-border transfer and processing of your information, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
8. Data Security and Integrity
We implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we learn of a security breach, we may notify you electronically and/or post a notice on our Sites and Services, consistent with legal requirements.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention duration depends on the type of data, the purpose for use, and applicable legal requirements.
10. Third-Party Sites, Services and Applications
- In General: Third-party sites and services linked from our Sites are governed by their own policies.
- Partner Pages: Some pages may appear under our brand but may collect information under partner policies.
- Social/Comment Features: Third-party widgets may collect IP address, usage, and cookie data.
- Organization Accounts: If you use Gleantap through your organization, account administrators may control your account and data.
- Customer Websites/Apps: If data is collected through a customer’s implementation of Gleantap Services, that customer’s policies apply.
- Google Integration: Apps that access Google APIs follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

12. Do Not Track and Cross-Site Tracking
Do Not Track is a browser-level preference. At this time, we do not respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals. Some third-party tools on our Sites may collect information about activity across websites.
